1. How long will it take for me to receive my parcel?

Orders must be processed before they can be dispatched. The time you have to wait before receiving your parcel consists of the processing time and the dispatch time.

An order status of "Processing" means that your order has been verified and is in the processing process. Processing time is required because we need to confirm your contact information and shipping address, sort the items, perform stringent quality checks and package the items. When your order is properly packaged, it will be given to the shipping company.

If the order status is "Shipped", it means that your item has started to be shipped, and the courier company will update the tracking number so that you can track your order. As the whole shipping process involves international shipping, the parcel may be in transit or cleared through customs. During this time, the tracking number will not be updated until the courier company picks up the shipment. You may need to wait up to 10 days for the tracking number to be updated for expedited shipments and up to 20 days for ocean shipments. Processing Time: 3-7 business days

Please note:
A. Processing time begins after your payment and order verification (a verification email will be sent after payment).
B. After placing your order, you may change your mind, including but not limited to: changing to another colour, size, style or different product, changing your address. If this happens, processing time will be calculated from the final confirmation of order details. A confirmation email will be sent with an updated estimated delivery time.
C. In the event of a holiday, processing times may be longer than usual. We will notify you in advance.

Delivery Time
We offer a range of delivery methods depending on the product category and country/region. The delivery method you specify will affect your delivery time. Please refer to the table below for more specific delivery times.

Please note:
A. We are pleased to announce that we will cover all customs duties on your order. You no longer need to worry about customs duties as we have taken care of these costs for you. Whether you are shopping locally or abroad, you can be confident that you will not be charged any unexpected duties on your purchases with us.
B. Within 1-2 working days of an order being successfully dispatched, we will send an email to your registered email address providing a tracking number for the order.
C. If the order does not contain any furniture items, we do not offer shipping to the UK, Europe and Canada.

2. What are the shipping charges?
There is a discounted shipping rate for orders over £100 and £20 for orders under £100.
Shipping prices vary depending on the item selected, address and shipping method. The exact shipping cost can be viewed at checkout.

A. Ensure you have selected the correct country and entered the correct address;
B. A range of applicable shipping methods are shown, along with estimated times and costs;
C. Oversized items may not be eligible for free delivery.

Delivery area surcharges may apply when shipping to certain remote areas. At checkout, when you enter your shipping address, the available delivery options and their costs will be displayed.

3. How do I estimate delivery time?

Estimated delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time (depending on your location)

The Estimated Delivery Date is the time we expect to complete your order based on your country/region and the delivery method you specify. Processing time and delivery time are calculated together.

Estimated delivery dates may be affected by our stock availability, processing capacity and unforeseen factors such as strikes or natural disasters. We will notify you in advance of any factors that may cause a delay in delivery.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by

A. Changes/corrections to contact information or shipping address after an order has been placed;

B. products in your order being re-specified after the order has been placed, e.g. changed to a different colour, different size, etc;

C. the first delivery attempt is within the estimated delivery date. If the courier makes the first delivery attempt within the estimated delivery date, but you miss the delivery/arrange a collection/the address is invalid, we will not be liable for when you actually receive the parcel;

D. Your delivery address is located in a remote area.
